Before working with Cathy we found that PR agencies rarely came up with ideas for stories that would appeal to our target audience. This changed with Cathy, whose expertise and creativity led to a big increase in the amount of coverage we had across a variety of regional, National and International publications. For example, in one year we had 66 published articles. This was down to Impress PR’s dedication in raising the profile of our firm as well as the excellent relationships they have with the media. We are proud to have been Cathy’s first client at Impress PR and to have seen her agency go from strength to strength.

Impress PR has been instrumental in transforming how we communicate within our company. They designed and built our company intranet using MIcrosoft Sharepoint technology, which has been a perfect solution for keeping our 100 or so employees informed and engaged. Every week, they suggest relevant stories, post company news and updates, and even send out an email newsletter to ensure everyone stays in the loop. Their proactive approach extends to creating and publishing weekly social media posts, and handling urgent company updates with ease.
Cathy and Nigel are an absolute pleasure to work with - positive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They’re always ready to jump into action and resolve any issues or queries we may have. We couldn’t ask for better partners in keeping our team connected and informed.

Impress PR has been a fantastic partner in creating engaging marketing content, especially for our major housebuilders. Their skill in writing house and local area descriptions is excellent, and they always understand exactly what we need. Their proofreading is also top-notch, with great attention to detail. We highly recommend Impress PR for clear, professional content.

We started working with Impress PR last year for our 20th-anniversary campaign. This was the first time we had engaged with a PR company, and found Cathy and Nigel incredibly informative. They created a campaign plan which, over six months, attracted new customers to The Listening Centre and gave us a major uplift in business exposure. Also, there has been more demand for us to attend health promotion and awareness-raising initiatives. They increased our following on social media, helped create a news and blog section on our website and we had a number of stories published in targeted media outlets. I'm more than happy to recommend the services of Impress PR.

Cathy is an absolute joy to work with. She is always so positive and this really rubs off onto colleagues. Her enthusiasm sees her throw herself into every task and give it 100 per cent. Where some might give up when obstacles present themselves, Cathy will persevere and always looks for solutions to problems. I have worked with Cathy over many years while she was a journalist on the Express & Star and later when she became a feature writer for Wolverhampton Magazine.
She has a real eye for a story and is always brimming with ideas. She connects brilliantly with people she interviews and this is reflected in her writing which captures the subject matter to a tee. If you are looking for someone who can build relationships, see a project through to the end and bring ideas to the table and deliver them, I can recommend Cathy

Cathy is brimming with ideas and energy. Her previous career as a journalist means that she can expertly advise on what makes a good story or a quotable soundbite and then write it so it's ready for publishing.
I worked with Cathy on several projects in my role as Development Manager at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre and it was always a joy.

We haven't worked with a PR agency before but Cathy at Impress PR immediately put me at ease by explaining how the process would work. Firstly Cathy re-worded and re-designed my website making it more attractive and readable, with a clear 'call to action'. I still get great feedback on the website. At the same time, Nigel raised my profile and activity on the major social platforms. Cathy's press release about my first year in business was used by a number of media outlets, including the Colchester Gazette. A brilliant result!

Both Cathy and Nigel have been fantastic, they’ve built me a fabulous professional website that fits my brand and is easy to navigate. Throughout the process their communication was exceptional, the website was produced on time and I’ve had so many compliments on it from my clients. I can’t recommend Cathy and Nigel enough.
Thank you so much!
